Right now on our mortgage rate tables Aimloan and Amerisave are offering fixed conforming 30 year mortgage rates at 4.25 pecent. Their mortgage rates are lower than the current national average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.63 percent. Mortgage discount points on Amerisave's 30 year mortgage rate of 4.25% are 1.77 points. Aimloan's mortgage points to recieve a rate of 4.25% are 0.83 points.

Quicken Loans is offering their 30 year fixed conforming mortgage rate at 4.375 percent with 0.75 mortgage discount points. Quicken Loans is also offering a 30 year FHA mortgage rate of 4.375 percent with 0.875 mortgage points.

Aimloan, Quicken Loans and Amerisave are all offering other 30 year mortgage rates and 15 year mortgage rates with different mortgage discount points. The lower the mortgage rate you wan't to receive the higher the mortgage discount points will be.
