Freddie Mac has conforming 30 year mortgage rates at 4.97 percent for the week ending February 11, 2010. The Mortgage Bankers Association has the average contract 30 year mortgage rate at 4.94 percent.

The average conforming 15 year mortgage rate is at 4.34 percent according to Freddie Mac and the average contact 15 year mortgage rate is at 4.33 percent according to the MBA.
