Current mortgage rates on 15 year mortgage loans are averaging 3.30%, down from yesterday’s average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.35%. Yesterday we said average 15 year mortgage rates will probably hit 3.20% sometime this week, we are adjusting that prediction a little higher to 3.30%.
