Mortgage rates are lower today, falling back to the lowest levels since this past Monday.  Today’s mortgage rates on 30 year fixed conforming mortgages are averaging 4.12%, a decline from yesterday’s average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.16%. 15 year fixed conforming mortgage rates are averaging 3.43%, a decrease from yesterday’s average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.46%.
