Fixed conforming 30 year mortgage rates, 15 year mortgage rates, 5 year adjustable mortgage rates and 1 year adjustable mortgage rates are all lower in this week's Primary Mortgage Market Survey. 30 year mortgage rates and 15 year mortgage rates are at record lows. 15 year mortgage rates could break 4.00 percent in next week's survey. 30 year mortgage rates are at 4.56 percent for the week ending July 22, 2010, down from the previous week's average 30 year mortgage interest rate of 4.57 percent. Mortgage discount points remain unchanged at 0.7 points. Fixed conforming 15 year fixed mortgage rates are almost down to the 4.00 percent level. 15 year mortgage rates are at 4.03 percent for the week ending July 22, 2010, down from the prior week's average 15 year mortgage interest rate of 4.06 percent.
