Average mortgage rates increased this week over last week. Current mortgage rates on 30 year home loans are averaging 4.30%, up from the previous week’s average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.14%. Last week’s average of 4.14% was a record low for 30 year rates on MonitorBankRates’ Weekly Average Mortgage Rate Survey. Mortgage rates today on 15 loans are averaging 3.51%, up from last week’s average 15 year rate of 3.36%.

Mortgage rates today on 30 year jumbo loans are averaging 4.68%, an increase from last week’s average 30 year jumbo mortgage rate of 4.70%.  15 year jumbo mortgage rates are at 3.98%, up from last week’s average 15 year jumbo rate of 3.87%.

Current Conforming Adjustable Mortgage Rates

1 year adjustable mortgage rates today are averaging 3.68%, up from last week’s average 1 year adjustable jumbo mortgage rate of 3.58%.
