15 year mortgage rates today are averaging 3.83 percent, down from last Monday's average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.95 percent. 15 year mortgage rates in NC are higher than the current national average 15 year rate. The current 15 year NC mortgage rate is averaging 3.88 percent.
