In the Primary Mortgage Market Survey released by Freddie Mac, conforming fixed 30 year mortgage rates averaged 4.51% with 0.7 mortgage discount points for the week ending July 14, 2011. In the prior week's mortgage rate survey 30 year mortgage rates at 4.60% with 0.7 discount points.

Fixed conforming 15 year mortgage rates averaged 3.65% with 0.6 points for the week ending July 14, 2011, a decline from the previous week’s survey which had 15 year mortgage rates at 3.75% with 0.7 points.

5 year U.S. Treasury-indexed adjustable mortgage rates averaged 3.29 percent with 0.6 points for the week ending July 14, 2011, a slight decline from the previous week’s average 5 year adjustable interest rate of 3.30 percent with 0.6 points.

1 year U.S. Treasury-indexed adjustable mortgage rates averaged 2.95 percent with 0.5 points for the week ending July 14, 2011, down from the previous week’s average 1 year adjustable home mortgage rate of 3.01 percent with 0.6 points

3 year adjustable mortgage refinance rates and adjustable mortgage rates today are averaging 3.04%, down from last week’s average 3 year adjustable mortgage rate of 3.13%.

Today's refinance rates and mortgage rates today on 5 year adjustable mortgages are averaging 3.13%, down from the prior week’s average rate of 3.16%.

7 year adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.53%, down from the previous week’s average 7 year loan rate of 3.61%.

10 year adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.97%, down from last week’s average 10 year adjustable rate of 4.01%.

1 year jumbo adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 4.05%, unchanged from last week's average adjustable jumbo mortgage rate.

3 year adjustable jumbo rates are averaging higher at 3.58%, up from last week’s average 3 year jumbo adjustable rate of 3.52%.

5 year adjustable jumbo rates today are averaging 3.43%, an increase from last week’s average jumbo adjustable rate of 3.42%.

Current 7 year jumbo adjustable loan rates are averaging 3.53%, down from last week’s average 7 year adjustable home loan rate of 3.61%.

10 year jumbo loan rates are averaging 4.47%, down from the prior week’s average 10 year jumbo home loan rate of 4.55%.

3 year interest only adjustable mortgage loan rates are averaging 3.17%, down from last week’s average interest only mortgage loan rate of 3.37%.

5 year IO adjustable loan rates are averaging 3.25%, down last week’s average five year interest only mortgage loan rate of 3.43%.

7 year interest only adjustable mortgage loan rates are averaging 3.63%, down from last week’s average 7 year interest-only mortgage interest rate of 3.80%.

3 year jumbo interest only adjustable loan rates are averaging 4.08%, up from last week’s average jumbo adjustable interest only rate of 3.60%.
