Mortgage Refinance: 30 Year Mortgage Refinance Rates at 4.91%, 15 Year Mortgage Refinance Rates at 4.32%

Mortgage refinance rates continue to drift down this week. 30 year mortgage refinance rates are down to 4.91 percent, down from an average 30 year refinance rate of 4.95 percent earlier this week. 15 year mortgage refinance rates are also lower this week.  The average rate on a 15 year mortgage refinance loan is down to averaging 4.32%, down from a rate of 4.35 percent earlier this week.

30 year jumbo refinance rates haven't moved all week. The average 30 year jumbo refinance rate is unchanged at 5.57 percent. The average 15 year jumbo refinance rate was lower this week over last but hasn't changed since Tuesday. 15 year jumbo mortgage refi rates are still averaging 4.97%.
