Refinance Rates and Mortgage Rates Higher This Week: 30 Year Conforming Mortgage Rates Averaging 4.49%, 30 Year Jumbo Mortgage Rates Averaging 5.02%

Long term refinance rates and mortgage rates are higher this week despite the Feds effort to drive interest rates and mortgage rates lower by buying Treasuries. Fixed conforming 30 year mortgage rates and refinance rates are averaging 4.49 percent, up from last week’s average 30 year refinance rate and mortgage rate of 4.44 percent. 30 year conventional home mortgage rates and refinancing rates in Delaware are higher than the national average 30 year interest rate. 30 year Delaware mortgage rates are averaging 4.52 percent today.

Today's conforming 15 year home mortgage rates and refinance rates are averaging 3.86 percent, an increase from the previous week’s average 15 year mortgage loan rate and refinance loan rate of 3.74 percent. 15 year home mortgage loan rates and refi rates today in Virginia are higher averaging 3.87 percent.

Current 30 year jumbo home mortgage rates and home refinance rates are averaging 5.02 percent, up from last week’s average jumbo mortgage rate and jumbo refinance rate of 4.93 percent. Current refinance mortgage rates and mortgage rates in Arizona are higher, averaging 5.15 percent.
