JaxMetro CU Savings Accounts and Money Market Accounts

Jax Metro Credit Union of Jacksonville, Florida, is offering several different types of savings accounts and a money market account. The savings accounts are a Share Savings Account, Holiday Savings Account and a Special Savings Account.

The Holiday Savings Account and Special Savings Account currently have a savings account rate of 0.50 percent and an annual percentage yield (APY) of 0.50 percent. Both accounts have a minimum opening balance of $25.00.

The Share Savings Account and the Money Market Account have tiered interest rates.  The money market account rates are some of the highest money market account rates available right now. The Share Savings Account rates aren't that competitive with the national average savings rates.

Min $5,000.00 – $14,999.99 0.50% Rate 0.50% APY

Money Market Account Rates

Min $.01 – $4,999.99 0.75% Rate 0.75% APY

Min $5,000.00 – $9,999.99 0.90% Rate 0.90% APY

Min $10,000.00 – $24,999.99 1.00% Rate 1.00% APY

Min $25,000.00 – 49,999.99 1.00% Rate 1.00% APY

Min $50,000.00 – 99,999.99 1.25% Rate 1.26% APY

Min $100,000.00 – $149,999.99 1.30% Rate 1.31% APY
