WTDirect's online savings account rate is currently at 1.25 percent with an annual percentage yield (APY) of 1.26 percent. Their savings rate is consistantly in the top 5% of U.S. banks.

There is no minimum deposit to open the savings account. The current savings account rate and yield is for account balances of any amount for the first two months. After the initial two month period only, account balances of $10,00o or more earn the 1.25% APY.
