Mortgage rates broke record lows again this week. This is the sixth consecutive week fixed mortgage rates eased to record lows. Fixed conforming 30 year mortgage rates and fixed conforming 15 year mortgage rates have hit all-time lows in this week's Primary Mortgage Market Survey released by Freddie Mac.  
Northwest Hills Credit Union based in Torrington,Connecticut, is advertising several different types of savings accounts and a money market account. Northwest Hills Credit Union’s savings account includes a Share Savings Account, a Club Savings Account, an IRA Savings Account and a Health Savings Account (HSA). Northwest Hills Credit Union’s money market account has two tiered money market account rates.
30 year mortgage rates hit a new low for 2011 after declining 13 basis points overnight. Today's mortgage rates declined on a sharp drop in 10 year bond yields which closed yesterday at 2.46%. Current 30 year mortgage rates are averaging 4.33%, a decline from an average rate of 4.46%. 30 mortgage year rates will probably hit 4.25% over the weekend if bond yields continue to drop. Rates will fall even further if the economy falls into another recession.
