Details Closing costs associated with the traditional HELOC loans for properties in the Indianapolis Metropolitan area will be covered by the credit union. Closings costs for loans in other areas will be covered by the credit union up to the usual and customary amount for Indianapolis. Closing costs in other locales in excess those usual and customary fees for Indianapolis may be the responsibility of the borrower. In addition, closing costs for HELOC loans applied for and not funded may be the responsibility of the borrower. Note: Any loans closed prior to one year from opening may incur repayment of all closing costs. These fees generally range between $50.00 and $500.00. Property insurance is required to open the plan. Variable rate set by Wall Street Journal Prime Rate with a maximum APR of 21% over life of loan.
