Current mortgage rates on 30 year mortgage loans are averaging 4.12%, down from yesterday's average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.15%. The high average rate last week on 30 year mortgage rates was 4.24% but we have since declined 12 basis points. Mortgage rates today on 15 year mortgages are also lower averaging 3.45%, down from yesterday's average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.49%.
